Rescue Stories

Ciel was rescued on the 19th of December, 2017. A beautiful black cat, it’s a shame that no one rescued him earlier. He was found with a mangled left forearm, with severe gangrene and a heavy maggot infestation. With his state it was clear that he’d been enduring this pain for at least a couple of weeks. It was no surprise when the doctors decided to amputate his left forearm to save his life. Ciel is one of the bravest souls we’ve encountered, not skipping a beat after the operation and adapting to the situation almost immediately. He turned out to be one of the most loving souls to ever be encountered by us, getting incredibly close to Marshall. They’ve been known as brothers ever since, sticking to each other even as they cuddle and fall asleep.
